  11. 11. To make copies of atoms and bonds the component needs to be a blue component. Using edit icon touch exploded components with arrow then go to edit to copy and paste and never change the axes of components duplicated.

  14. 14. Ethanol is tetrahedral around the central oxygen atom. If the molecule were perfectly symmetrical, the bond C-O-H bond angle would be 109.5 degrees. However, due to the 2 lone pairs of electrons on the oxygen atom, the chemical bonds are pushed closer together by about 2 degrees per lone pair on the oxygen atom (to minimize lone pair-lone pair repulsions, see Wikipedia article of VSEPR for a clearer explanation). So the bond angles of ethanol is approximately 104 degrees.
