Founded in 1990, HWANG CHERNG BIN (HCB)
Specialty Tools Inc. plays an innovative role in
specialty auto and truck tools, and for many
brands such as Mercedes Benz and BMW, Audi,
Honda, Volkswagen....etc. Nowadays, we also
supply a wide variety of tools for engine,
transmission, and panel tire, especially for
chassis.
The factory of H.C.B, around 4 thousand square
meters, has completed during three years. The
company has a spacious working place
including testing lab, R&D lab, sample room,
training rooms and employee break rooms that
will effectively increase the working efficiency of
all the staff.
In Taiwan, H.C.B, one of the world’s leading
manufacturers of specialist automotive tools and
the only truck repair tool R&D Company, gets
government allowance for designing new
products.

Step 1: Mount the tool on the lower control arm. Please refer
to the removal illustration for guidance.
Step 2: Check the sleeve and make sure cylinder, hydraulic
pump are properly installed.
Step 3: Remove the bush by pumping the hydraulic pump.
Step 4: Extract the bush

Installation:
Note: Clean and lubricate the bush with WD-40 lubricant,
recommended, before installation.

The bolt, C-ring, replaceable nut and key are designed to insert into the identity for removing
and installing the crank shaft pulley and camshaft pulley.
The screw, washer, extending block, and claw are designed to fix on the extremities of the
identity.
The center pushing rod is to fasten the replaceable nut and the key.
Special bolt with rolling bead is designed to protect the C-ring from being broken.
The long and short identities, center pushing rod, and screw are universal according to the size
