Some functions are accessed differently. However content & “how to” processes are essentially the same. <br />

To give and take control & work in shared apps<br />Click on the participant name to highlight<br />Choose the option you want<br />Follow the dialogue boxes to agree<br />The App Share border will be pink to show control<br />If someone is controlling your share DON’T touch the mouse<br />To regain control use “Ctrl” Space<br />

Compare with Web Tour which: <br />Takes audience to a particular website<br />Uses participant’s own browser<br />Allows people to explore at their own pace within a site <br />Tick “TourGuide” to guide through a site &/or to bring all back to same page as you<br />Can’t be used on password protected sites<br />
