Our new training course, named ‘Food Labelling for Small Businesses’, will help you to
understand why food labelling training and knowledge is so important, what your product label
should include and to be able to clearly communicate this to a commercially driven market.
Our practical one day course aims to focus specifically on the needs of smaller companies,
breaking down everything you need to know into the following segments:
- Introduction to Labelling Regulations
- Labelling Regulations explained
- Legalisation & enforcement
- Food labelling in detail

The informative course is presented by one of our experienced tutors, and covers everything
from compulsory labelling information right through to the presentation of that information.
The course also incorporates legal requirements, the presence of allergens, durability marking
and storage instructions.
