  • On my first slide I am asking my audience how organized they are in life. This will immediately start to get their minds questioning if they are organized in any way whether it be with their business, job or personal life. I am also including a picture of an extremely organized work desk. I vocally will ask them the same question. I am starting off this presentation using punch in a personal aspect.
  • For this slide I plan on telling my audience the correct definition of what organization is not what they think it may be. I want them to understand that Organization is a lifestyle.
  • For my second slide I will discuss with my audience if they have ever realized how organization on a work level or personal level can have a dramatically positive impact on their lives.
  • For this slide I plan on discussing how much time you will be saving by organizing.
  • For this slide I just want to show them a statistic regarding being disorganized in the work atmosphere.
  • Also on this slide I plan to discuss some statistics on the slide itself and verbally
  • For this third slide I plan on discussing the different ways in which one can be organized in a work atmosphere to help better their business or work ethic.
  • On this slide I will continue to discuss the ways in which you can be better organized in a work atmosphere and offer tips for quick and easy organization.
  • On this slide I plan to transition from speaking about being organized in the work atmosphere to being organized in your every day life.
  • For this slide I plan on discussing that the only difference of organization between the home and work space is the objects, not the organization method
  • For this slide I plan on discussing how being organized within your home eliminates stress levels, time and housework.
  • On this slide I plan to discuss some statistics I found through research about organization within the home.
  • For this slide I want to discuss how being a parent means extra cleanup and at times extra stress
  • On this slide I want to vocally discuss to my audience how they as parent’s can teach their children to be organized and this will benefit not only the parent but the child as well. Make organization a habit for your child.
  • On this slide I want to discuss verbally how americans want to be more organized and how some understand the positive affects of organization as a whole.
  • On this slide I want to verbally discuss with my audience not to get overwhelmed when they begin to organize their home or work space, I want them to understand that they can start this method slowly, theres no reason to rush your organization and once you are organized it is all about maintaining the habit.
  • Organization is a constant effort for one who is not the best at organizing, I want the audience to know that you do not need to be a professional organizer but you need to have organization in your life whether at work or at home.
  • I want to discuss with my audience that they should do what they can, come up with their own ways or reminders when it comes to organize, makes lists if you must.
  • On this slide I will close my presentation, with a high confidence that my audience will want to go home and start organizing.
