In this case, leave out the title (Mr./Mrs.). This way of writing the salutation is very handy if you don't know the gender of the person. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Ex: Dear Chris Miller </li></ul></ul>

  17. 17. Enclosures/Attachments <ul><li>Number of things enclosed with the letter. This is only on there if something should be in the envelope with the letter. </li></ul>
