On behalf of our high-profile client in the Lower Mainland,Ignite Technical Resources is looking for a HR
Systems Analyst - PeopleSoft for a 4 month contract opportunity.
The successful candidate will provide functional HR system expertise, support and analytical services to
HR and other departments. You will be reporting to the Senior HR Systems Specialist.
Duties:
 Collaborates with managers and senior leaders to assess and proactively plan for their system-
based information requirements
 Research and make recommendations for system expansion and enhancements
 Provides system-based analytical services, metrics, reports and other information to address
regular needs on a range of complex issues
 Creates system set-up data, configures tables, develops complex queries, and performs user
acceptance testing to ensure requirements are addressed.
 Provides user perspective when collaborating with other departments on HR systems
troubleshooting, upgrades, enhancements and other related projects.
 Develop user specifications, overseeing functional testing, production signoff, and participating
in implementations
 Performs HR system maintenance and application changes to ensure data integrity, running and
reviewing system audit reports, identifying flags, and liaising with others to ensure corrective
action
 Carries out manual review and statistical analysis to foster data integrity.
 Leads non-complex User Acceptance Testing of HRIS modifications and updates under general
direction and provides feedback and input to Information Systems staff
 Assists with maintaining and updating systems setup data and tables.
 Uses PeopleSoft query to provide data as necessary to satisfy audit requirements.
 Administers HR system security, including set-up and granting of user access. Involves creating,
modifying and deleting user roles, permissions and related security roles, sometimes in
collaboration with IT security staff. Maintains diligent standards, records, and rationale for
conditions of use.
 Creates, maintains and updates functional documentation and guidelines for system users,
providing guidance in the analysis of data and coordinating related training as needed.

market status and demands.
12. Ensure placement activities operate in accordance with policies, procedures and standards.
13. Solicit employer feedback on quality of services being provided. Make recommendations forrevising

14. Ensure programs are meeting or exceeding revenue targets for job placement and follow up.
15. Ensure placement expenditures operate within approved budgets.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or a related discipline from a
recognized university.
 Minimum three years recent and related experience in job development, sales, and / or
marketing.
 And /or the equivalent of education and expertise.
 Valid BC Drivers License and the use of a personal vehicle during working hours.
 Must be able to travel throughout the Province.
Skills and Abilities:
 Knowledge of local labour market issues and trends.
 Knowledge and ability to build effective and lasting relationships with business
 Knowledge of placement strategies and management techniques.

Participate in the annual and monthly forecast process. Maintain an updated and accurate forecast with
all available information. Forecasts will be revenue-focused in the short-term and will expand to full
P&L long-term.
Serve as FP&A liaison to Revenue Accounting to align forecast methodology with accounting
methodology and develop tools and/or reports to ensure forecast accuracy.
Working with the IT Finance team to automate game metrics data load into Anaplan.
Serve as primary owner and administrator of the Revenue Forecasting module in Anaplan and leverage
that application to streamline the revenue forecast process.
Responsibility of global game metrics reporting, which includes trend analysis and budget-versus-actuals
(BvA) analysis.
Participate in the monthly business review (MBR) by driving certain aspects to completion and
coordinating all of the revenue components for the areas of responsibility.
Drive ad hoc analysis, develop working relationships, and support forecasting cadences with business
partners to accomplish their financial goals.
Provide support for revenue forecasting re-engineering efforts to increase efficiency and value-add to

Requirements:
Someone who understands income statements, balance sheets and cash flows and how they fit
together.
Extensive experience working with disparate systems and improving processes to streamline workflow.
Experience with Anaplan and NetSuite is a plus.
Experience forecasting a full P&L, with a deep understanding of revenue recognition.
Manage multiple priorities and switch between tasks relatively easily. Time and priority management is
extremely important in this role.
Very strong Excel skills (experience with Macros a plus). You will be adept at utilizing various systems for
data query and reporting to drive high quality analysis.
Experience in the gaming industry and/or statistical analysis is highly desirable. Other industries which
are relevant include Entertainment, SaaS, PaaS, or other high-tech consumer facing businesses.
Ability to balance the need to provide support and analysis to the business units while recognizing the
corporate objectives.

Duties:  Collaborates with managers and senior leaders to assess and proactively plan for their system- based information requirements  Research and make recommendations for system expansion and enhancements  Provides system-based analytical services, metrics, reports and other information to address regular needs on a range of complex issues  Creates system set-up data, configures tables, develops complex queries, and performs user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are addressed.  Provides user perspective when collaborating with other departments on HR systems troubleshooting, upgrades, enhancements and other related projects.  Develop user specifications, overseeing functional testing, production signoff, and participating in implementations  Performs HR system maintenance and application changes to ensure data integrity, running and reviewing system audit reports, identifying flags, and liaising with others to ensure corrective action  Carries out manual review and statistical analysis to foster data integrity.  Leads non-complex User Acceptance Testing of HRIS modifications and updates under general direction and provides feedback and input to Information Systems staff  Assists with maintaining and updating systems setup data and tables.  Uses PeopleSoft query to provide data as necessary to satisfy audit requirements.  Administers HR system security, including set-up and granting of user access. Involves creating, modifying and deleting user roles, permissions and related security roles, sometimes in collaboration with IT security staff. Maintains diligent standards, records, and rationale for conditions of use.  Creates, maintains and updates functional documentation and guidelines for system users, providing guidance in the analysis of data and coordinating related training as needed.
