Winding The adaptation of the winding is realized through the change of  number of the windings  diameter of the wire Example: 2 Adaptation of winding, Standard-Motor M48x50 Changing number of windings from 24 to 20 Changing wire diameter from 0,45 mm to 0,50 mm

Enginerator Go Customized www.bohez.com www.enginerator.com Page 6 of 15 Following relations are to be considered  The higher the number of windings the lower the diameter of the wire  The higher the number of windings the lower the speed  The smaller the diameter of the wire the higher the resistance (losses -> heat)  The relation between quantity of winding and nominal speed/rpm is not linear  Low speed/rpm is not to 100% compensable through M -> power drop Large diameter wire Small diameter wire Goal is the optimal use of the motor size.

Brush quality and brush spring Requirement to noise level Brushes with reduced copper composition for reducing the noise level Operation at low available tension Brushes with increased copper composition reduce the brush tension friction And thus reduce voltage drop in brushes Operation with high revolution per minute Use of enforced brush springs (higher contact pressure). Reduction of the contact loss of springs due to “take-off” of springs. Fast wear of the brushes. Increased life time Selection of the appropriate brush composition

Different types of customized concept help to increase the protection class against dust, humidity and/or corrosion. Possible technologies:  O-ring integration  Cable gland  Silicone
