Dancing in Design: The Design Decision of Lean UX

The tempo of coordinating design and communication process is as like the rhythm of dance. Lean UX is a sort of rhythm in design! Its tempo is brisk and fast. Team members build a shared vision together through a collaborative process with the foundations of design thinking. Lean UX validates the proposed solution as efficiently as possible by responding to customer feedback, as well as increases speed of development and flexibility.

Lean UX focuses on mult-idiscipline collaboration, on the aspects of design process and project management. Unlike the traditional standard software development process with comprehensive documentation and time-consuming meetings, instead, Lean UX places more emphasis on quickly building right products or service through an efficient workstream of ideation, assumption, validation, and modification, to maximizes business value.
