Here's a delicious keto-friendly recipe for "Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken":
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and
cook for about 6-7 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and nicely browned.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
Reduce the heat to medium, and in the same skillet, add the minced garlic. Sauté for
about a minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for about 2 minutes
to thicken slightly.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese is fully
melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to
taste.
Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, coating them with the creamy garlic
Parmesan sauce.
Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Once the chicken is fully coated and heated through, remove the skillet from the heat.
Garnish the chicken with chopped fresh parsley for added freshness and color.
Serve the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with your choice of low-carb vegetables like
zucchini noodles, steamed broccoli, or a side salad.
