  10. 10. ● India is the second most populous country in the world and human capital is its main resource ● Skill level of a person always determines the capacity to earn and upskilling always ups the potential
  11. 11. ● The skill level of people entering the industries has a wide gap between what is expected on the job and what was taught in school ● There is a shift in the way work is happening due to advent of technologies like AR, VR, AI and Robotics
  12. 12. ● 38 million more graduates are produced in India and China than USA in the same period ● So our idea is to impart skills required to solve STEM problems as STEM requires special skills

  14. 14. ● The india@75 initiative is working towards declaring India as an inclusively developed country by 2022 and skill development is one of the main agenda
