some courses done in the centre.
o Responsible for arranging the transportation of the students and the staffs.
o Booking the hotels and air ticket of the instructors and some students mobilized
from abroad.

o Preparing and storing police reports, and medical reports of the Security to send to
Aramco for their files (More than 200 personnel worth of documents)
o Handling the office equipment along with supporting with ordering and
maintaining the stock of supplies.
o Overseeing the customer feedback reports and tallying the satisfaction along with
the negatives to be submitted to the management for review and action.
