Seamless connectivity from multiple ISP’s to all 4-5 ma- jor towns of Goa is a must to nurture the dream of IT hub in Goa. Policies, Do’s, Don’ts, benefits, all these can follow. ” l’rol'. Ranlrmr Wrij. :li. Past Chairman, CSI Goa chapter This is yet one more attempt by Goa government to come up with one more policy but what we are lacking is in action. Surprisingly no stakeholders are consulted for the policy. I would urge the government to come up with a scheme to foster young talcntcd entrepreneurs of Goa, involve them in c-governance and encourage the return of thousands of Goan professional working outside Goa to set up units in Goa. Also promote and provide state-of-art facilities for IT education and research.
