  1. 1. MAHE DRYSDALE. The expert for you if you enjoy rowing .
  2. 2. Mahe Drysdale is the world champion holder for rowing. <ul><li>His main focus now is to get an Olympic gold medal. He has won his first race which was on Saturday August 9 then Sunday and hopefully all the days after. </li></ul><ul><li>He got bronze over all in the finals but he was sick. </li></ul><ul><li>He is a star! </li></ul>

Same <ul><li>Similarities: </li></ul><ul><li>Both can be part of they opening ceremony. </li></ul><ul><li>Both aim to get to the olympics. </li></ul><ul><li>Both represent New Zealand. </li></ul><ul><li>Both want to get a medal. </li></ul><ul><li>All wear the New Zealand silver fern </li></ul>

  7. 7. Preparation <ul><li>He is practicing once every night. </li></ul><ul><li>When he gets to Beijing he wants to be best prepared. He said “at the end of the day it doesn't matter what any one else says, I'm going to be pretty close to be doing the business. If I’m not prepared I won’t be my best and people are going to be able to beat me, it has happened before”. If he gets in the best spot he will win. </li></ul>
  8. 8. Time China / New Zealand <ul><li>The difference between New Zealand and China is that China is 4 hours behind of New Zealand. My device I chose is an alarm clock. You set it for 2 o'clock so then when it goes of you know it’s too late to ring. </li></ul>
