March 2020- Leadership Self-Care Calendar Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 Write 2-3 things you plan to do for yourself during the month of March Write 1-2 actions you plan to do for your staff to encourage self- care Close your door for 10 minutes to meditate Don’t forget to tell your secretary to hold all calls and visitors Eat lunch today and drink at least 8 glasses of water Go outside and take 20 minutes to walk briskly around your building Recharge.
