Nurture Online Leads Flowchart

  1. 1. Nurture Online Leads turning an online form into a loyal client So let’s begin. Did you actually respond to your lead? NO Obviously you lost them! Why are you reading this? Shockingly, however, about 50% of online leads are never replied to. Were you the first agent/broker to follow up? YES 79% of business goes to the first responder. 89% of consumers feel an agent should follow-up within half an hour of them completing the lead form. NO YES Did they answer? NOYES Did you leave a voicemail or e-mail? NOYES Only 3% of people return a call to an unknown number. Best strategy is to leave one well- scripted voicemail on the first attempt. E-mail often works, but risks feeling less personal. Will they agree to a meeting? YES NO Did you make follow-up calls? Does it look like they’re budging? YES NO Average agent makes 1.29 follow up calls. It normally takes 6-8 before a customer feels ready to move forward. YES Give it a few more months of periodic newsletters, and then…. NO Are they willing to receive occasional e-mail updates from you? YES NO At this point you may have to accept that your lead has gone cold. Luckily 30% of “non-yes” calls will agree to these updates. And of those, about a sixth of them turn into future clients. Discuss their real estate goals and explain how you can help them get to their dream home. Congratulations! Your lead just became a client! by HouseHunt Inc.
