Pakistan Siasat | A Moment Of Reflection On 75 Years Of Independence.
1. A Moment Of Reflection
On 75 Years Of
Independence
Pakistani Siasat
2. Pakistan celebrated its 75th
anniversary of independence on
Sunday, 14 August 2022, with the
usual zest and enthusiasm.
Independence Day should be a
moment for national self-examination,
much as one's birthday typically serves
as a catalyst for deep reflection.
The Diamond Jubilee
Of Pakistan
3. While we celebrate our hard-earned
independence, Pakistan at 75 calls for
deep reflection.
We have yet to fully realize the
dream that our founding fathers
dreamed; the dream of socio-economic
justice, the rule of law and equality
before the law, and the dream of an
egalitarian society.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s Message
On 75th Anniversary Of Pakistan
4. We are undoubtedly better today on
practically every metric, possibly with
the exception of the soil, water, and
air quality.
Pakistan has emerged as the 24th
largest economy in the world but
nature has been harmed, and climate
change is escalating in the course of
economic progress and growth.
Pakistan Today Vs Pakistan At The Time
Of Its Inception
5. Independence is a blessing, but the idea
of freedom will not be complete as long
as we have hunger, poverty,
backwardness, political instability,
corruption, and economic crisis.
Internal threats, instability, terrorism,
and unrest represent the greatest
threat to a nation because they
weaken its unity and integrity and strip
societies of their sense of purpose.
The Incomplete Idea Of Freedom
6. Our nation's greatest asset is its
people, especially the youth. According
to the UN Population Fund Report,
approximately 63 percent of the
country's population comprises youth
aged between 15 and 33.
The Pakistani People Are A Valuable Asset
For The Secure Future
7. It is now imperative that the nation
evaluates its strategic alliances and
decides its top priorities. At 75 years
old, Pakistan is still a young country
with much to learn and accomplish.
For this reason, it is essential to
continue deepening our strategic
alliances with current allies and look
for new ones who share Pakistan's
goals for development and expansion.
