You know budgeting is the number one most challenging
aspect of event planning? Well, what I do is plan and prepare a
detailed budget to evaluate the amount in hand and what is needed. In fact, I tracked a
previous organization’s event budget by using the Excel software guaranteeing the budget
does not go over. Recently I helped plan my sisters wedding saving her $6000 then the
original budget. It all has to do with research, networking, and budgeting.
