  11. 11. <ul><li>“21 participants were selected to participate in MLD’s Group II and completed first phase of program. </li></ul><ul><li>Over 40 minorities are currently serving as Non-Profit’s Chief Executive Officers. </li></ul><ul><li>Professional development and career counseling has been provided to participants of both groups. </li></ul>

  13. 13. <ul><li>Quarterly mailings were distributed to all minority professionals to coincide with cultural heritage celebration months. </li></ul><ul><li>Input was solicited from minorities at the National Diversity Roundtable and regional conferences and incorporated into the division’s program development plans. </li></ul>
