Chapter I IntroductionSocial psychology is centered on the idea of social influence. A degree in educationalpsychology allows students to expand knowledge regarding how children and adultslearn within educational facilities and institutions. Educational psychology programs givestudents knowledge regarding classroom dynamics, learning variables, teaching styles, and means of improving teaching methods.Teacher education has downplayed the teachers role as a transmitter of social andpersonal values and emphasized other areas such teaching techniques, strategies, models, and skills .More and more the vision of a good teacher is as the good technician, the skilledcraftsman, who has acquired those behavioral skills and strategies that the "effectiveteacher" research claims are related to achievement. However, the fact that "effective" is defined as the students scores on standardizedtests of basic skills, but without reference to higher-order intellectual processes orconcern about the students morals, is of concern to many parents and educators.Educational psychology, rather than philosophy and religion, has become the basis ofteacher training. In most cases, educational psychology focuses on the individual, separated from thesocial context. Additionally, modern education has been heavily influenced bythe behavioral approach, which has proved adept at developing instructional methods. With advanced degrees in psychology are expanding in number as well as in scope. The move toward preventing illness rather than merely diagnosing and treating it
requires people to learn how to make healthy behavior. Indeed, many of the problemsfacing society today are problems of behavior — for example, chronic health conditionsor disease, drug addiction, poor personal relationships, violence at home and in thestreet, and the harm we do to our environment. Psychologists contribute solutions toproblems through careful collection of data, analysis of data and development ofintervention strategies — in other words, by applying scientific principles, and theorganizational psychology. In this paper, I summarize what areas are becoming consensual among most writers oneffectiveness, and I point out continuing areas of disagreement and conflict in anorganization. The statements summarizing consensual characteristics of effectivenessof continuing conflict point out that agreement about effectiveness is mainly anagreement to disagree. How are organizational effectiveness of the “Theory of thestudent presentation of the organization on the incompatibility and inappropriateness ofcommonly selected criteria?” These are significant discussion of these research, however, is a discussion of an inherent, but largely ignored, characteristic ofeffectiveness in organizations—the paradoxical nature of effectiveness criteria. Thisdiscussion illustrates that the most effective organizations are also those characterizedby paradoxes—i.e., contradictions, simultaneous opposites, and incompatibilities. Andanswer the fives question 1). What are the Organizational problem that affects thestudent in the Colleges and University of Camarines Sur? 2). what are the fields ofstudies that are significant in their perception of the organization? 3). How do we makesthe student perceptual ability significant to the study of the organization? 4). what arethe ethical presentation of the principles of the student in the Colleges and University?5). How are the perceptions of the organization of the student in the Colleges andUniversity understand the effectiveness of the school organization? What arecharacteristic helps explain one reason why so much confusion and disagreement
continues to surround effectiveness, and it uncovers a new set of research questionsthat can guide future investigations? Some suggestions are provided for how researchon paradoxes in effectiveness might be pursued in the future.STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM This will answer the five major question of the study of the“Organizational Psychology Theoretical Presentation of Ethical principles forcollege/university students.” Particularly,1. What are the Organizational problem that affects the student in the Colleges andUniversity?2. What are the fields of studies that are significant in their perception of theorganization?3. How do we makes the student perceptual ability significant to the study of theorganization?4. What are the ethical presentation of the principles of the student in the Colleges andUniversity?5. How are the perceptions of the organization of the student in the Colleges andUniversity understand the effectiveness of the school organization?
Chapter II Review of the Related LiteratureThe group identification suggests principles that are relevant to the organization.Identification is viewed as a perceptual cognitive construct that is not necessarilyassociated with any specific behaviors or affective states. To identify, an individual neednot expend effort toward the groups goals; rather, an individual need only perceive him-or herself as psycho- logically intertwined with the fate of the group. Behavior and affectare viewed only as potential antecedents or consequences (Foote, 1951; Gould, 1975).Organizational identification has long been recognized as a “organizationalconstruct” in the organizational behavior, affecting both the satisfaction of theindividual and the effectiveness of the organization (Brown, 1968 Lee, 1971).Organizational psychologists basis their scientifically researched knowledge andmethods, while Human Resource Management primarily a business-orientedcomponent ensuring optimal operational conditions for the organization. Organizationalpsychologists are responsible for the designing and development of procedures andprinciples upon which the Human Resource professionals deployment procedures andultimately, implement the model of organization. (David Megginson). Our innovative curricula and program structure is fostered by the contributions of ourSchool Faculty -- all of whom embody and put into practice the scholar-practitionermodel. In your courses you will engage in dialogue regarding emerging research andtheory, share and learn from the real-world experiences of the faculty and yourcolleagues, and consider the implications for, and applications to, the needs and issuesof businesses, governments, schools, and other for-profit and non-profit organizations:For example, issues regarding leadership, organizational effectiveness, group dynamics

Moreover, you will participate in acollegial environment that stresses networking with our community of leaders: yourstudent colleagues. (W. This uses the theory of laws ofperceptual grouping underlying the “theory of Gestalt psychology and the study oforganizational behavior” Albert Bandura. With the student knowledge of the organizationthis can become relevant to their presentation of the ethical principles and its relation tothe studies of the school organization handbook.

CHAPTER IV DATA ANALYSIS AND FINDINGSIn this study it discusses the findings of the school organization and the kinds of ethicalprinciples they practices as viewed of the organization. How the distinctions of theschool organization affects the theory of the researcher of the organizational theory ofcorporate social responsibility in the view of the student in the society. The theoryassociated concepts that enable us to describe the psychosocial theory of theorganization. However, we recognize as well that research on organizational learning, knowledge and innovation also significantly affects global strategy theory. From the theory discussed of the organizational performance “constructs theories andmodels” ignore mutual effects frequently in the organizations. The Institutional theory better explained. This research surveyed business theory andput it to the test empirically. The Effective organizations management supports thisproposition; a theory of strategy learning is developed, where a strategy of decisionmaking process is affected by the organizational structure. The moral philosophies or ethical "theories" that have been developed form the speculativeeducational thought or a theory of education as study of how College and University andindividual experiences affect education and its outcomes.Liberalism is one of the main schools of international relations theory and peace theory, arguing that free trade has pacifying effects on international relations. This effects theinternational organizations on international ethical principles both in their roleas grounded theory, and religious principles barrier, intercultural dialogue. Theseassumptions lie behind most organizational principles today.
While such diversity increase, its effects on cognitive task how they are affected bychanges to the organization. Rational choice theory is an approach used by socialscientists to understand. It is basically about how incentives andconstraints affect behavior. Organizational behavior/psychological theory withknowledge management research are related to the mass media and organizations.Cultivation theory is a social theory which examines the long-term effects of theorganization corporate culture is the shared values and beliefs thatthe organizations members then, the applicability of such theories to consumerbehavior are assessed. Therefore, it is in a school organization best interest to identifyand reduce the system constraints within the organization.
CHAPTER V SUMMARY, FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONSociological theory was first highlighted proposed as a modification of hisorganizational theory by Albert Bandura. The organization model is apsychological theory interpretation of the school organization in general.Theoretical issues, which are Intraindividual Stability inthe Organization Behavior. Knowledge organization research presentsa theory of selective attention that is intended to account for theidentification of a perception.
