  3. 3. What does smoking do to you ?Smoking can cause many problems and the main problem is lung cancer and heart disease here is a diagram on what happens once you have smoked a cigarette.
  4. 4. What is in cigarettes ?In cigarettes what you buy from the super market is tobacco you can get different brands of them you can make the cigarettes or you can get them in a packet ready made.

What tobacco containsTobacco contains :• Tobacco contains:• Ammonia• Gas without a color contains nitrogen and hydrogen used in making fertilizers plastics and explosives• Carbon Monoxide• Takes away oxygen from the red blood cells. Carbon monoxide stays in the body for over six hours after the exposure to cigarette smoke has stopped. Affects the protective immune systems of the body.• Cyanide• A poisonous gas and is very deadly• Nicotine• Stops blood vessels, cutting down the flow of blood and oxygen, making the heart beat more rapidly. Extremely poisonous.• Tar• A compound made up of a lot of chemicals. Some are toxic and some can not hurt you, and 40 are carcinogens (cancer-causing agents). Tar cools inside the lungs forming a sticky mass, damaging delicate lung tissues.
  6. 6. What is the worst ingredients in tobaccoThe worst ingredient in tobacco is Tar Tar builds up in the lungs and hampers breathing. Tar also destroys lung tissue. Tar is the black resiny substance in cigarette residue, stains, and burns.•
