How often do you hear learning professionals say “We love our LMS”? Positive statements like this are rare because traditional learning technology has failed to keep pace with the modern workplace. While we use Google, YouTube and Wikipedia to learn at home, organizations have been unable to introduce such familiar learning tools on the job.

In this session, we explored the technology requirements of a modern learning ecosystem. We identified right-fit tools to support the needs of today’s employees and showed how the right blend of technologies can help you define your organization’s learning ecosystem.
