Fashion 2013 • High interest in fashion – both high street and high end amongst commuters • Out of home retail locations outperform online as a fashion retail destination (90% vs 58% for high street) • Mobile interaction strong, showing a 69% increase in the last 2 years in commuters using it to browse for/buy fashion • 68% do use/are interested in using QR / NFC to interact with fashion • 92% of commuters visit department stores, citing the variation and ease of shopping as key reasons • Spend on fashion has increased 29% since 2011 amongst commuters, with investment in designer pieces key for 2014 (44%)
