交互设计的核心是了解和设计用户行为。作为交互设计师,在团队合作设计过程中,我们要锻炼自己观察用户行为的洞察力,并且与客户合作的能力。这个工作坊将着重于让学员了解:用户行为研究(包括与用户的交流和观察用户行为的洞察力)在交互设计过程中以及对于设计结果所发挥的作用。



主讲人将通过不同的案例与学员进行讲解:
1、对比现在人们的行为和未来人们的行为;
2、用户观念模式-人们的日常生活经验是怎样影响他们看待和使用我们设计的产品;
3、背景环境-人们是在怎样的环境和条件下使用我们的设计产品。

工作坊将通过视频、图片、视觉和文字等例子来阐述各种交流行为;介绍利用故事版和草图来帮助完成用户研究到视觉呈现的过程;并讨论怎样将其运用到设计项目中。

2010年首届中国交互设计体验日,是以“赢在互动”为主题的大型交互设计会议盛宴。大会包括交互设计演讲、论坛、展览及工作坊。通过互动、交流体验的方式,将“交互设计”的理念在中国设计产业中进行高层次、深度、广泛的推广与传播。 我们希望通过这次大会,聚集国内外交互设计先驱者;展示中国交互设计优秀成果;为交互设计教育与企业搭建一个交流的平台; 促进中国交互设计产业与国际设计前沿的同步发展。

Understanding and designing for human behaviour is core to interaction design. As interaction designers, it is important that we are able to communicate those behavioural insights during the design process to everyone on the team, including clients. This workshop will look at how to communicate behavior insights to influence the design process and as a integral artifact for the communication of the final design.



I will showcase different visual approaches that will enable participants to communicate such things as:

1、The contrast of current behavior with future behavior
2、Customer mindsets - how people's experiences and life situations impact how they view and use what we design
3、 Context - what kind of situation are people in when they use what we design?

We will begin the workshop by looking at video, photographic, visual and textual examples of communicating behaviour.



We will then illustrate how to move from research insights to visuals, with the emphasis being on storyboarding and sketching. We will also discuss how to use these design artifacts within your projects.
