The Process • Determine the pages that matter most to conversions. • Define the areas that need the most improvement within those page groups. • Make sure those areas matter. • Examine 3rd party resources (if there are a lot). • Look at the spread of different resource domains to determine who is the problem. • Load time histogram of the bad guy. • Find out if the problem is with one resource or if its bad all over. • Take action with these results!
