Zum Inhalt: die Aufgabe des Intranet Managers steht am Scheideweg zwischen einer stark operativen Ausprägung (Tagesgeschäft, wenig laufende Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung) und einer stratischen Neuausrichtung. Dazu muss sich das bisherigen Rollenverständnis deutlich verändern.
