  3. 3. 1. Open your preferred browser and go to com/console. 2. Enter your email address and password and click Sign in using our secure server.
  4. 4. Recommendations for selecting a suitable instance Though all instances support unlimited user accounts, please select one that can achieve the performance you require.   7. 7. 1. After getting your password. 2. Click Download Remote Desktop File to get into your EasiShare server.
  8. 8. Use the password from the previous screen to log in.
  9. 9. 1. Paste the Public IP that you copied earlier into the textbox. 2. Click Connect.
  10. 10. 1. Enter Administrator as the username. 2. For password, use the decrypted password from AWS console. 3. Click Connect.

  12. 12. 1. Key in your company information for product registration and support. 2. Valid information will help improve turnaround time for support.
  13. 13. Please wait for 5 minutes as the server is preparing the set up.
  14. 14. 1. Launch the browser in the server 2. Go to http://localhost/caweb 3. Enter esadmin for username. For password, type in the auto-generated password in Readme EasiShare.txt. 4. Click Login.

  16. 16. 1. Once you have logged in, you will see the main page of the Company Portal. 2. Click on the esadmin user and edit to your credentials
  17. 17. 1. Type in your email address and mobile number. 2. Save the changes
  18. 18. You are recommended to change your password
  19. 19. 1. Next, you should start to create one user for your organisation. 2. Click on the Add user icon
  20. 20. 1. Fill up all the fields to create user. 2. Ensure the email address is valid.
  21. 21. 1. After the user is being created, the user will receive an email notification. 2. Using the email, you should login to the Web Portal to perform few functions to ensure your instance is running properly for you

  23. 23. Login to the EasiShare WEB using http:// IP address for your instance/web
  24. 24. Use the credentials of the user you’ve created previously to login.
  25. 25. 1. During user set up, the system auto provision a “Personal Drive” for each user. 2. Click on the Personal Drive.
  26. 26. Try to upload a file from your computer
  27. 27. You may check the upload status on the File Activity.
  28. 28. 1. Next, click on the upload file and select Share 2. This is to test the Share feature is working well for you too.
  29. 29. 1. Type in your desired recipient’s name & email address 2. Click on Add recipient icon.
  30. 30. 1. Click on Share button to share the document. 2. The recipient should receive an email notification. 3. Follow the link in the email
  31. 31. The download link from the email should bring you to a download page to see the file you’ve shared.
