  • Hi, good afternoon! My name is Adriana Rocha and I am the co-founder and CEO of eCGlobal Solutions. Thank you very much Greenbook team for this opportunity. For sure the MR industry just grows and wins with this type of initiative!
    Well, today I’m going to present eCforce, an innovative technology platform for building Insights Communities and unlocks the power of collaboration between brands and consumers.
    In eCGlobal we truly believe the best way to learn about consumers is to give them the tools and the environment to let them express themselves, dialogue and generate continuous knowledge in collaborative ways. And that’s why we’ve work hard and invested a lot to build this product.
    So let me start with a short video presenting the concept and why we believe brands need to build private online communities for consumer insights.

  • Why is it Unique?
  • 1 ) It’s consumer centric – it means that users have their own data repositories (data lockers) and power to control their privacy, what they want to share with a community. They also have a unique global ID (the consumer ID) to join multiple communities without the need to fill again and again same registration and profiling forms.
    2) It’s object oriented – it means that we can connect “objects” within the platform (people, communities, brands, etc) and create relationships between them
    3) Communities are not stand alone. It allows the creation of an ecosystem of connected communities that can collaborate, inherit properties from others, share data and resources.
    4) It comes with a built-in gamification platform and loyalty program, including points system, badges, social currency, ranking, virtual store, quizz, etc.
    5) It comes of an extensive tool kit for generating insights, from mobile surveys, to dialogues, discussion groups, questions, etc.
  • First because it’s on the cloud, so it can be quickly scaled and clients don’t need to worry with servers, IT STAFF or additional hard or software.
    Second because it is DIY, so anyone without technical skills can build, setup, and manage the platform.
  • COMMUNITIES ARE NOT STAND ALLONE. THEY CAN BENEFIT FROM OTHER EXISTING COMMUNITIES. COLLABORATE , EXCHANGE RESOURCES, AND EVEN DATA.
    THERE IS AN EXTENSIVE LAYER OF APIS LETTING THE PLATFORM BEING CONNECTED TO OTHER ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS, SUCH AS CRM`S OR ERP`S. IT MEANS LESS EFFORTS AND LOWER COSTS TO INTEGRATE WITH EXISTING SYSTEMS.
