The types of work vary with each room and includes: painting walls and door frames, relocating existing electrical receptacles, providing new electrical receptacles, relocating existing data ports, providing new data ports, and removal and reinstallation of room accessories. Total Value: $371,162.00 NAS JAX Hospital Communications Project 8-koi is improving technology infrastructure with the replacement of the nurse call system, public address system, and the central clock system in the hospital and attached outpatient clinic, in addition to the required alterations to the existing telephone system. The original construction placed open telephone wiring and termination blocks in electrical rooms. This project will remove existing telephone wiring and terminations in these areas and restore service from new communications rooms or existing data rooms. Along with the electrical work, there is also selected mechanical and primary power electrical upgrades to upgrade service to the primary power electrical distribution. Architectural upgrades include the movement and addition of walls to ensure code compliance for panel installation. Total Value: $ 3,799,716.00 Marine Administration Building HVAC Upgrades - Kings Bay 8-koi provides electrical trades support in the connection, installation, and distribution of a new feed from the existing building MCC in order to provide power to additional HVAC loads in a different part of the building. We provided and installed new feed conduit, sub-panel, and branch circuits for distribution of the power to the new components, also provided and installed new branch circuits from other existing panels for primary power distribution to new controls. The scope includes replacement of existing smoke detectors and installation of new shutdown relays for the new air handling units. Total Value $ 820,275.00
