This Voice will help Weak And insecure people i.e womens to get back their desired status and safety in society. So,let's make a chain by holding the hands of one together...and say "HALLA BOL"Against All the odds And current Burning Problems which our country is facing Today. HALLA BOL..!!

India is known for its sobriquet 'male-chauvinistic nation. but It 's 'Bharath Maatha ' Who is Inturn a Woman that Serves as the Mother of Every Indian. Men ought not to forget the fact that 'men ' are in 'WOmen '. Women are no less than men in India in any sector. Women are not what they really were. Some decades ago, women were limited to the kitchen. Today, Indian women have made their presence felt virtually in every field. Women have ultimately come out of their 'saree ' image and entrap the nation by dint of their hardwork and power.

Obstacles Coming In The Way To Empower Women :- • Lack Of Education • Domestic Violence • Dominating Nature of males • Backward Thinkings • Dowry System • Increasing Crime Rate Againt Them • Unsafe and Insecure Society • Lack of Knowledge to their rights • Disobidience of Laws • Honour Killing • Child Marriage

Child Marriage:-Early age marriage in rural Areas is the matter of concern to Indian govt. which is keep on Increasing Compare to other Countries. 2. Sexual Harrasment:- this is the most concerned point in recent Days in India. The rape and sexual case Has been Geared Up In recent Time according to resources. 3. Increasing Crime Against Them:- Resources says Crime has been Increased Against Women rapidly.
  7. 7. Safety Measures Which Should Be Taken to control Over Increasing Crime Rate Against Women:- Govt. Should bring Some Laws In the Favour Of Women’s Safety i.e. a) After 6 PM it should be compulsory that in every vehicle there should be a police travelling along with them especially in Auto. b) There Shouldn’t be any curtain During night Time in Any Private Buses or in Any Vehicle. c) Mirrors of all the vehicle Should be colourless either it’s a personal vehicle or some officer’s vehicle.

The Following Steps Which Can Help In Empowering The Women Are:- Proper and Higher Education Strict Laws Against Domestic Violence A Group or Branch Should be Started to Aware them About Their Rights A Quick Session Court Should Be Introduced for sexual Harrasment Type Cases Girl’s Mortality Rate Should Be Controlled At Any Cost

Main Processes that Could Lead to Women's Empowerment Changes in Women's Mobility and Social Interaction Changes in Women's Control Over Decision- Making Changes in Women's Access to and Control Over Resources Women had become more Mobile and begun to have new Interactions and even a Growing Willingness on the part of group members to approach the Panchayats and Collectors with petitions or grievances. Number of the groups undertook activities that would give their communities better infrastructure or services, for instance in water supply, child-care facilities, health care services and improved roads. In this sense, they played a key role in promoting changes in collective access to resources. In Survey its Found That a slight improvement in women's involvement in household decision-making in male-headed households, on such issues as credit, children's education, and family health care.

Many of them is running our nation and many had already done this before. i.e Indira Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Susma Swaraj, Pratibha Patil etc. Social Empowerment:- Now women’s don’t have limits upto kitchens and family Only. They are coming towards and and becomings Social Idol for others. Empowerment In Sport:- In Sports Indian Women’s Are Breaking all the margins and establishing a new History For Coming Generation. i.e Indian Women’s cricket team , Sania Nehwal(Badminton) etc.
