5. PRE-TREATMENT PLANTS
The Pre-Treatment process is mainly a chemical cleaning process to remove any type of oil , grease and rust
contamination from surface of the component , which is designed according to the chemical composition of
the base material, intensity of contaminants and the capacity of various commercially available chemicals.

7. POWDER COATING
PLANTS
Shivaco offers a wide range of conveyorised poweder coating plants and accessories. The conveyorised
plants are recommended where production volume is high. An over head chain conveyor passes through
booth and coating is done with manual/auto spray gun. Conveyor speed is worked out based on production
rate required and oven can be straight tunnel type or with loops inside it.

CYCLONE TYPE POWDER RECOVERY SYSTEMS :-
Shivaco cyclone type recovery booth insures uniform air flow throughout the
cross section of the booth. Absence of dead packets ensures easy cleaning
and higher powder transfer efficiency.
Shivaco provides two type of cyclone recovery booth:-
Single cyclone booth – Above 90% powder recovery efficiency.
Multi cyclone booth – Above 98% powder recovery efficiency.

9. LIQUID PAINTING
PLANTS
Liquid painting ie used to give high quality finishing. It is applied on metals , plastic and wooden
components. High quality painting is a multilayered process that allows wet-on-wet or bake-on-bake
options. A typical line may be primer coat followed by top coat; and, can be followed by clear/lacquer coat.

11. CURING OVEN
Curing oven are provided to cure powder/paint on specific temperature to get a better finish. These ovens are operated on various sources
of heating.

Fresh air supply unit is provided for positive pressurization of painting/powder coating booths, so
that foreign particles do not settle down on components.
CONTROL PANELS
The control panel are very critical in paint shops. The operations, efficiency and safetyof the paint shop
depends on the control panel design.
