BIO-FERMENTER
Padmatech Industries Pvt. Ltd. offers a
complete range of fermenters to the life
science industry. These include skid-
mounted mammalian cell culture reactors
and fermenters. Coupled with extensive
offerings, both upstream and downstream
of the biological core process, these bio-
reactors and fermentors form the nucleus
of a full integrated bio-process suite.
Fermenter Designs for both mammalian
and pro-Karyotic system range from a
working volume of 20 to 1,00,000 Litres.

Pneumatic systems make use of pipes or ducts called
transportation lines that carry a mixture of materials
and a stream of air. These materials are such as dry
pulverized or free flowing or light powdery materials
like cement, fly ash, carbon-black, calcium chloride,
polymers, talc, grain wate, etc. These materials can be
transported conveniently to various destinations by
means of a stream of high velocity air through pipe
lines. Products are moved through various tubes via
air pressure, allowing for extra vertical versatility.
Dilute-phase systems use push-pull pressure to guide
materials through various entry and/or exit points.
It is important to note that either air compressors,
vacuums, or blowers can be used to generate the air
flow. Two basic systems that are used to generate high
velocity air stream:
1. Suction or vacuum systems, utilizing a vacuum
created in the pipeline to draw the material with
the surrounding air. The system operated at a low
pressure, which is practically 0.4–0.5 atm below
atmosphere, and is utilized mainly in conveying
light free flowing materials.

Column loader or a baggy loader is designed
and engineered to efficiently load material
into the processing equipment such as
hoppers, mixers, grinders, waste bins,
sorting tables, etc.

2. Pressure-type systems, in which a positive pressure
is used to push material from one point to the next.
The system is ideal for conveying material from
one loading point to a number of unloading points.
It operates at a pressure from 3 to 6 Kg/cm
2

upwards.

FABRICATION
PRESSURE VESSEL & EXOTIC ALLOY FABRICATION
We are also engaged in Stainless Steel Fabrication in
all grades of Material. We process Stainless steel along
with exotic alloys at our works.
We use state of the art designing software like solid
edge and DESCOS Exotica for design of pressure
vessels, as per ASME Section VIII, Div. 2.
We process following metals:

Our Welding team is TUV accredited and we have WPS,
WPQR.
WPQ is under third party inspection.

HEATING / COOLING :
We use state of the art designing software like solid
edge and DESpro Exotica for design of heat exchangers,
as per TEMA class.
Non Contact Heating:
1) Thermic fluid heating system:
For Non Contact heating of products, we
provide thermic fluid heating system in
which the heated thermic fluid is passed
through the limpet coil and there is an
external heating of the product without
making any direct contact with the product.
2) Steam Heating:
When the product is to be heated at a
temperature above 140 deg C, then we use a
boiler from which steam is used to pass through
the limpet coil that is fixed above the tank or the
vessel which heats the vessel externally.

HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM
HEAT EXCHANGER:
A shell and tube exchanger consists of a number of
tubes mounted inside a cylindrical shell. Two fluids can
exchange heat, one fluid flows over the outside of the
tubes while the second fluid flows through the tubes.
The fluids can be single or two phase and can flow in a
parallel or a cross/counter flow arrangement.
There are two main categories of Shell and Tube
exchanger:
1. Those that are used in the petrochemical industry
which tend to be covered by standards from TEMA,
Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association
(see TEMA Standards);
2. Those that are used in the power industry such as
feedwater heaters and power plant condensers.
