Highly corrosive acids like Hydrochloric Acid, Sulphuric Acid,
Hydrofluoric Acid, Nitric Acid; Alkalies like Sodium Hydroxide,
Potassium Hydroxide; and a number of other specialty
hazardous and non hazardous solvents and chemicals like

PACKING MATERIAL HANDLING EXPERTISE
Wide range of packing materials are stored and used in our
premises. Volumes ranging from 25g in Glass Bottles to 1000 Kg
IBC’s can be managed in the premises. Glass Bottles upto 2.5L
and plastic bottles and jars from 500ml to 50 Ltr Jerry cans and
200L drums are also handled. Palletization of drums and stretch
wrapping of drums and IBC’s is also carried out in our premises.

WORKFORCE
Dedicated and experienced workforce in the production
and office area. B.Sc Chemists -2 nos, M.Sc – 1 No, BE – 2
Nos, B.Com – 2 Nos and other skilled operators and
workers who carry out the day to day activities skillfully.
Specially trained persons in SAP carry out the
production related activities in SAP skillfully.

EQUIPMENTS
Reaction vessels in R&D, Pilot and Plant area vary from
1Ltr Glass assembly to 2KL Reactors of SS 316 and GLR.
We also have 6 Nos 50L glass assemblies and 2 dedicated
200L glass assemblies for Karl Fischer Reagent. We also
have AHU and positive pressure unit with dehumidifier
and Laminar air flow arrangement to maintain sterile
atmosphere. Dryers include Trey Dryer, Fluidized bed
dryer, Rotary Vacuum Dryer, and Lypholyzer involving
freeze drying technique for drying at sub zero
temperatures.

EQUIPMENTS
Other utilities include the steam boiler, cooling tower,
Water jet ejector for vacuum, Ice water circulation unit
for low temperatures, High vacuum pump, Centrifuges,
Sparkler filter, Nutch filter in the plant area which is
having all flame proof fittings in accordance to the
factory requirements.

LICENSES
Valid MPCB consent to discharge treated effluent in RED category, Excise and Sales tax
licenses, LBT/CESS registration with the local corporation, CETP membership for liquid and
solid waste management and all other statutory licenses required to establish and operate a
factory in the MIDC area.
