DIGITAL COUNTERS:
1. Generally used in production areas.
2. User can set target count by user interface keys (or) remote control.
3. Based on the pulse input device can count increment or decrement mode.
4. Various range and sizes are available.
5. Standard sizes are 0.5,1,2,4 inches also in LED Displays, range depends upon application.

PRODUCTION MONITERING SYSTEM (PMS):
1. Maintain database for production or assembly line.
2. Various production line systems are considered as a slave, all the slaves are connected to the
Master system.
3. Either wired or wireless communications are preferred to communicate slave and the Master
system.
4. Master system will update the production charts in web server based on the database obtain at
various production lines.
5. User can access the database everywhere through the web link.
6. And also the mail service is provided for the list of persons at the end of the shift.

DIGITAL OHM METER:
1. Digital ohm meters are available in various ranges from milli ohm.
2. Based on the minimum and maximum values, immediate tested result pass/fail is updated in
LCD or LED display.
3. Communication interface are RS232 or RS 485, also the digital inputs with potential free
outputs are available.
4. It can use either machine interface or tablet top applications.
5. Most commonly used in Armature coil resistance testing at TVS Group of companies
interfaced with PLC and in glass companies to ensure the resistance of defogger lines.

HIGH VOLTAGE FLASH TESTER:
1. High voltage flash tester is useful for measurement of breakdown in electrical components,
insulation of instruments, transformers etc.
2. Ensuring the material can withstand the high voltage stress.
3. To determine and ensure the dielectric strength and dielectric losses of the insulating material.
4. Operating voltage in 230VAC.
5. Test voltage 500VAC or 1000VAC, test current maximum at 30mA.
6. Pass/Fail indication with buzzer/Hooter ON based on the test current.

TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY METER:
1. A unique capacitive sensor element is used for measuring relative humidity and temperature
with a precision of ±0.3°C temperature and ±1.8% humidity.
2. Sensors integrated signal processing and provide a fully calibrated digital display output.
3. LED Displays at various standard sizes 0.5,1,2,4 inches are available.
4. GSM technology is used to alert SMS and Voice Call for abnormal Temperature.
5. Four different zones of temperature & humidity are updated in single unit through wireless
using Radio frequency (Model – 01).

RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION READER:
1. It is an auto identification technology which is used for tracking items communicating
through the industry tag, access card, and Wrist band tag.
2. It supports multiprotocol high frequency in compact size with inbuilt antenna.
3. Interface through RS232/RS485 communications.
4. Operating at high frequency with Unlimited read cycle.

BIOMETRIC OPERATOR ACCESS:
1. Our biometric operator access that can function in the standalone mode without the need of
any host PC.
2. User interface PC application is provided to register finger prints, easily can integrate to a PC
through the RS232 communication.
3. This finger print database even can download from one PC to another PC, No need to register
again and again at various places.
4. Storage capacity up to 100 templates.
5. Verification time less than 1 second.
6. Operating voltage at 24VDC.

FRINGER PRINT UNIT PC APPLICATION TO REGISTER
SIGNAL CONDITIONER:
1. Signal conditioning is the manipulation of a signal in a way of prepares it for the next stage of
processing.
2. Various signal conditioners are available for different applications at standard enclosure,
suitable for DIN rail mounting EN50022.
3. Widely used for LOAD CELL, LVDT, Linear POT and Current Signal Conditioning.
4. Industry Standard Output (0 - 10VDC, 0 - 5VDC, 4 - 20mA, 0 - 20mA) with ultra-fast
response based on input signal.
5. Operating power supply: 230VAC, ±10%, 50HZ.

ENCODER PULSE LEVEL CONVERTER:
1. Three channel encoder pulse card is used to convert the differential pulse from rotary
incremental encoder to single ended pulse.
2. Widely used in servo press applications, servo drives etc.
3. Output level of the Single ended pulse in 24VDC compatible for PLC.
4. Complete isolation between the differential pulses to the single ended pulse.
5. It supports maximum Input frequency of 300 KHz, it has highly efficient and fast response.
6. It has suitable for DIN rail mounting EN50022.

DC-DC POWER SUPPLY:
1. DC-DC power supply design for optimum operation for DC LVDT’s and other DC source
applications.
2. It provides an excellent combination of performance, versatility and ease to use.
3. It has a maximum continuous current capability of 1Ampere.
4. Compact size and ithas suitable for standard DIN rail mounting EN50022.
5. Wide output voltage from 1.25V to 22.5V for 24VDC input supply.

PCB DESIGN AND REVERSE ENGINEERING:
1. We have an extensive background in PCB design engineering, Single, Double and Multi-
Layer boards.
2. Experienced in designing PCB’s for various applications in high speed digital, analog and
mixed signal designs.
3. Another one of our specialities is we have worked on many reverse engineering PCB’s.
4. We would understand the schematic and use updated components and technologies to
improve the performance of the old boards.

PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS
DATALOGGER:
1. Data Logger (or) Data Recorder that measures and record electrical parameters over a period
of time intervals.
2. Measurements are always taken at the right time, unlike human the systems will not forget to
take reading too late or too early.
3. Graphs and tables of results can be produced automatically by the data logger software.
4. We have two types of data logger unit, Stand Alone Device and PC Based Device. We can
save the data in databases such as MS ACCESS, MY SQL and MS SQL SERVER.
5. In build LCD Screen with User interface Keys also have some standard External interfaces
are DVI-I, USB Type-A, USB Micro, Audio Jack, Ethernet and RS232.
