  37. 37. Customer Snapshot Why: Multiple sources of customer and product information in Billing and CRM systems. Sales and Marketing campaigns were suffering due to limited customer and product data model. Time to Market for product introduction was too long. Customers What: Products Suppliers Customers, suppliers and products are all centrally managed and made available to all users and partners. Results: Better Sales and Marketing results through access to real-time, complete and trusted data. Lead time for new Product Introduction has been reduced.
  38. 38. Customer Snapshot Why: Wanted a consistent, single source of product data to eliminate duplicate effort and redundant entries for the same part. Increase Customer Revenue Manage Acquisitions Customers What: Products Consolidated product definition to a single system for engineering, sales, and manufacturing without disrupting existing business processes. Results: Optimized Global Order management process. Dramatically reduced product numbers and therefore inventory stocks. Hub Architecture helps integrate new company acquisitions data and processes.
  39. 39. Customer Snapshot Why: Lack of organized customer and vendor information management. Duplication and redundancy in the master data. Customers What: Products Suppliers Employees Provide single source of information across the enterprise with 21 master Results: data subjects. Improved data management processes improved data integrity. Improved Data Cleanliness.
  40. 40. Customer Snapshot Why: Business Execution gap due to disparate very complex systems strongly tied together. Wanted to reduce IT costs by more then 25% Map around 6 million sites, linking customers to them Customers What: Sites/Locations Financials Reduce IT Costs Expecting: Increase efficiency and overall agility Control and Improve Data Quality in a complex IT Environment Reduce Postal Delivery Time/Costs
