  3. 3. This free flowing form of capturing thoughts with pictures and text is a powerful tool to revisit ideas that get forgotten after the meeting is over.<br />
  4. 4. Here I am providing Graphic Scribe services to record a strategic planning meeting.<br />
  5. 5. My services work in tandem with the facilitator. It is in real time and captures key concepts for participants.<br />
  6. 6. Participants enjoy strong, effective meetings when they are seeing multiple forms of visual media. <br />
  7. 7. In this particular case, the services I provided expanded a four hour time period and captured two "sessions.“ The first was introducing ‘tools.’<br />
  8. 8. The facilitator was thrilled with my work and said that I had captured everything he wanted to deliver. I love high praises!<br />
  9. 9. I listen deeply to the facilitator and group discussions to synthesize the material while providing a free flowing stream of visual interpretation for later reference.<br />
  10. 10. Once the first session was completed, the 4' x 8' graphic recording was moved to the back of the room for attendees to have easy access.<br />
