I have a case study (read: current problem) of direct mail marketing efforts to web-based marketing efforts.

I used *only* direct mail for marketing for about 5 years and was suddenly forced to transition all marketing efforts to the web.

IF NOTHING ELSE — this presentation should be entertaining… everyone likes a great crash and burn story where there is just one guy left looking like he just survived a nuclear explosion.
