Hand Magnetism • Ask client to raise hands (hands facing each other), Place your fist between client’s hands • Ask client to imagine the fist with eyes closed • Suggest: At the count of 3, I’ll magnetize my fist & the magnet will start pulling your palms towards it. • Suggest: 1 to 3 & snap your finger • Suggest: The hands are coming closer & closer in small jerky motion, the magnet is pulling the hands together, closer & closer – Repeat • As hands come closer observe weight of your head on your shoulder & observe your breath becoming shallow or deep • Once hands are close enough, create Small jerk, snap, touch 3rd eye & Suggest deep sleep • Suggest: Allow your self to relax for the next few moments • Suggest: I’ll count you up from 1 to 5 & you’ll be fully awake • Count 1 to 5 - twice
