On a daily basis, we send a comprehensive report on the status of your SQL
Servers to a list of email recipients defined by you.
Dedicated Account Manager
Each of our clients are assigned a dedicated account manager. Your account
manager will schedule regular reviews to ensure you’re getting the most from
your Virtual DBA Plan.
On shift, not on call
Our lights are always on, we provide 100% on shift support. We don’t believe in
waking people in the middle of the night to respond to an issue. We use a roster
to ensure every minute is covered by specialist SQL Server DBAs from our head
office in Brisbane, Australia.
More than just monitoring
Our team of certified DBAs don’t just monitor your databases. We like to go one
