This is similar to the role of a HIC website in previous emergencies . </li></ul><ul><li>OneResponse can operate in a low-bandwidth environment to enable access and exchange of information in poor connectivity environments . </li></ul><ul><li>Information can be categorized as either public or private. This allows sensitive information to be made accessible only to cluster specific working groups </li></ul>OneResponse What is OneResponse?
