  5. 5. However, it can be difficult to track their progress and keep them motivated when you don’t see them on a regular basis.

  7. 7. 01TRUST GOES A LONG WAY It’s always important to have faith in your team as manager, but trust is vital when it comes to managing a remote team. You need to be sure that the team will work enthusiastically and efficiently in your absence - something that can take a leap of faith.
