This afternoon • 2 sections of 45 minutes: 30 minutes for 2 questions and 15 minutes feedback • Each table will have a facilitator and you need to pick a chair who will feed back on your behalf • Please write your table number on your flipcharts- we will look at these later • We will bring this together into an action plan and circulate for feedback after this event

Remember from this morning • Most (64%) respondents elicit feed back from end users • Variety of mechanisms used, some multiple methods – 29% use survey and 75% of these also use workshops and 50% had user groups • Other methods used include comment forms, training sessions and email address
