  • Rich presence allows me lots of features, I can see the status of any user on my system, I can configure tags that notify my of a change of state. i.e. Alert when available. With options how to call back, IM Call or even snooze it as my “busy state has now changed.I can see when people are on the phone, or in a meeting, so I may be less likely to call them, again letting the system notify me when they are free.
