Patent Agent Exam• Conducted by Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Govt. of India)• Paper I – Patent Act and Rules• Paper II- Drafting and interpretation of Patent specification and other documents• Viva Voce• Should get minimum 50 in all three papers and total should be180 and above
