ABOUT SHE MAGNATE
The She Magnate Project is an initiative being
carried out by INVENTS.
The project is to train ladies between the ages
of 18 and 25 years to become leaders in their
various fields of endeavors, and also to be
rooted in entrepreneurship.
The focus is to give the ladies, the platform to
harness their talents and skills, ultimately
translating them into profit making ventures.
OPERATIONS
The She Magnate Project is to take place
within a 3 month period. It was launched in
January, 2015 and will be climaxed in April,
2015. The project will be climaxed with the
She Magnate Conference. This conference will
be to showcase the skills and talents of the
ladies to the audience. On that day, there shall
be investors to invest in the business ideas of
the participants.
OPERATIONS
Training sessions are held every two weeks to
train the ladies and equip them with skills. The
sessions cover areas like entrepreneurship,
career, leadership, family life, among others.
The venue for the training session is rotated so as
to change the learning environment and above all
to allow exploration.
The participants in this project are from different
levels of the academic ladder, some of them are
national service personnel, and young
professionals.
OPERATIONS
• Currently, the project is being run in Accra and
Kumasi, and is scheduled to take place in 4
more regions.

ABOUT INVENTS
INVENTS is a Christian human capital development organization which is focused on raising
young people as leaders and entrepreneurs of Godly influence.
• Vision
To raise a movement of young people as leaders and entrepreneurs of Godly influence.
• Mission
To provide the relevant training and platforms to raise young people as magnates and
leaders.
• Strategy
1. Transformational Events
 Ideas Pulpit : Targets young professionals, student leaders and business owners
 Purple Experience: A motivational program that focuses on how individuals can
leverage on their uniqueness for their lives and business.
 Magnate Discussion Session: A weekly workshop module held on the various tertiary
campuses to train students on the demands of the Corporate world and Personal
Development.
