  2. 2. • In the last decade, there has been significant increase in the number of studies evaluating the growing effectiveness of simulation in pediatrics as an educational tool. • It has been used in various aspects of pediatric training, including resuscitation and trauma management, technical skills, CRM and team training • Studies about such strategies could help in the retention of knowledge, skills and confidence in the pediatric emergency management. 3. 3. • Population: Pediatricians graduate • Intervention: Simulation as a learning strategy • Control/Comparison: student at the beginning and end of the experience • Outcome(s): achievement of learning objectives International Network for Simulation-based Pediatric Innovation, Research and Education PICO / Research Question
  4. 4. • Will be developed simulation sessions on topics related to "Pediatric Emergencies" for medical and nursing care-related pediatric patients. • They consisted of a theorical class and simulated case in a Clinical Simulation Center with a high fidelity pediatric simulator. • Objective: measure improving knowledge and technical/ nontechnical skills by pre and post test and simulation checklist.
