DISEASES OF CATTLE ARE REPORTED BY FARMERS AS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR LIMITING PRODUCTIVITY AND INCOME GENERATION. • Limited capacity and infrastructure of government services for disease idenGficaGon and control. • Lack of systemaGc disease surveillance – Ad hoc surveys give biased picture on priority diseases.
