  1. Is everyone expected to use OCS? Most staff will use OCS in one way or another. Training and support will be offered. What will happen to the old system when we go live? Data currently being managed from systems that shall be replaced by OCS e.g. SUN System and HR4U, will be migrated to the new system. The old systems will be available for reference purposes only. Will data about my project budget be private, or will it be accessible to others? Data will only be available to those who are authorized to view them. Why are we sharing a system with several CGIAR Centres? Sharing OCS will help us collaborate with them and will enable us to better coordinate our efforts in implementing CRPs. What will it mean for all staff? Weekly time registration in OCS will be mandatory for all staff; The timesheets will be easily available and prefilled with previous activities etc, so that you will not have to spent more than 1 or 2 minutes on it each week. Travel advances, related reimbursements and other payment requests will all be requested and processed online, meaning less paper work.
