Effectiveness
If works in making things better?
What makes it work?
Multistakeholder Platforms
Different stakeholder groups
Co-management of development interventions
IP, R4D, AR4D, PVCD etc.
Development outcomes
Objectives of development interventions
Increase in Income, Decrease in Malnutrition etc.
M&E starts with a plan: result and
implementation frameworks
Results framework using ToC
Implementation framework consists of
coherent modules on documentation,
reporting, analysis and dissemination.
In M&E plan, all of these need to be thought
before the activities start.
In Module 12 PIPA approach was elaborated.
Here we focus on the last steps of PIPA.
