Step 1: Result Framework

 M&E starts with a plan: result and
implementation frameworks
 Results framework using ToC
 Implementation framework consists of
coherent modules on documentation,
reporting, analysis and dissemination.
 In M&E plan, all of these need to be thought
before the activities start.
 In Module 12 PIPA approach was elaborated.
Here we focus on the last steps of PIPA.
