1. Develop an overall research framework for LIVES
2. Determine priority multi-locational research topics in support
of the proposed interventions in LIVES and align with
regional, national, CRPs and other ILRI research activities
3. To identify potential research partners to lead/synthesize
multi locational research to implement such research
in zones/regions
